Shipping Policy

At Swag-Tags, every order is custom made just for you. Because each tag is personalized, printed, inspected, and packaged individually, our products are not pulled from a shelf or mass-produced. We take the time needed to make sure your order looks great before it leaves our shop.

Processing & Production Time

Most custom orders require production time before they ship. Lead times may vary depending on order size, product type, current order volume, and the level of customization requested.

Our goal is to produce and ship your order as quickly as possible while still maintaining the quality you expect from a custom-made product. During busy seasons, holidays, tournament seasons, or large team-order periods, production times may be longer.

Rush Orders

Need your order sooner? A rush option is available at checkout.

Selecting rush production moves your order higher in our production queue. Rush production helps speed up the time it takes to make your item, but it does not guarantee carrier delivery dates once the package has shipped.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and handed off to the shipping carrier. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Team & Large Orders

Team orders and larger custom orders may require additional production time due to the number of personalized items being made. We recommend placing team orders as early as possible, especially if they are needed for a specific tournament, event, or season start date.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Swag-Tags is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate it.
